Algonquin College Workday UX Research
My position on this project was based on research and documentation of the Workday interface on behalf of Algonquin College and it's employees.
As Algonquin College worked to implement Workday as an enterprise solution to upgrade and modernize their HR management system, I was hired as a usability test facilitator. In this project, I worked with another facilitator under the supervision of a professor and project manager, to research and learn the business processes and features of Workday, write scripts based on features to test, find participants and observers, facilitate usability tests using the scripts, record the test sessions, analyze the results, provide recommendations by comparing the results against heuristic and expert evaluations, write a formal report documenting the findings and recommendations, as well as a presentation delivered to the Algonquin College team, and provide them with all the documentation and research in a complete handoff package.
Due to the sensitivity in the content of this project, none of the work can be shown here. Please contact me at
